Train the teams before asking them
to use AI
Four learning tracks — executives, business staff, IT and data teams, awareness workshops — delivered on site, remotely or in your offices, from one to three days. Every session starts from your real cases and ends with an action plan.
Four tracks, four audiences
Executives — understand and decide
What these systems can do today, what they cannot do, and what that changes for your organisation, your data and your business lines. How to judge an investment, set the framework for use and name the responsibilities. Outcome: a written position on priorities and on what remains off limits.
Business staff — use it day to day
Framing a useful request, checking an answer, spotting a plausible mistake, documenting what was done. Exercises on your documents, your indicators and your procedures, under the company's usage rules.
IT and data teams — run, administer, secure
Deploying and monitoring a platform or an on-site model, managing entitlements, reading the logs, measuring quality, responding to an incident. Hands-on work on your own environment and procedures.
Awareness workshops — open the subject across the company
A session designed for one department or one management team: demonstrations on your processes, a collective mapping of the tasks to automate and those to protect, and answers to legitimate concerns about jobs and data.
Formats
One to three days French or English In person, remote, on site Exercises on your real cases
In person
At our premises in Douala or at yours: group dynamic is stronger and exchanges more direct, especially between departments that rarely talk to each other.
Remote
Online sessions for teams that are dispersed or based abroad: same materials, same exercises, split in a way that suits connectivity constraints.
On site
In your offices, on your data and your tools: the most effective format when the exercises have to run against your real systems.
What participants take away
- The session materials, handed over in both printed and digital form.
- The use cases specific to your company, written during the session rather than after it.
- An action plan: who does what, with which data, in which order.
- For the technical tracks, the corresponding operations and monitoring procedures.
- A closing assessment, then a remote usage review once the first weeks are over.
How a session runs
Preparatory interview
A conversation with the department managers to choose the examples, the level and the priorities of the session.
Exercises on your cases
Participants work through their own documents, queries and files, with individual support.
Hands-on output
Each participant produces something usable the next day: a query, a note, a procedure, a prototype.
Action plan
What will be applied back at the desk, by whom, with what support and by when.
Usage review
A remote session to clear the obstacles that appeared in real conditions and adjust the usage rules.
Training is not an add-on: it is the condition for use
Tell us which teams are concerned, what level they are at today and which tools are already in use across the company. We will propose a track and a precise agenda.
