Four tiers, a decision at every step

No blind multi-year commitment: each tier has an object, a duration, a price and an exit criterion. You may stop after the diagnostic or after the proof of concept — that is written into the contract.

The tiers

Amounts exclude tax, in CFA francs; indicative ranges confirmed by quotation after scoping. High-availability and disaster-recovery option: XAF 25 to 60 million depending on scope (often unnecessary).

Three faster entry points

AI governance and compliance audit

AI policy, usage charter, entitlement matrix, processing register, outsourcing compliance note, 90-day remediation plan.

3 weeks · XAF 8 to 15 million

Aimed at internal audit, compliance and general secretariats — often faster to approve than the IT department.

Executive workshop — 1 day

Eight to twelve executives around a real case from your company. Deliverable: scoping note and launch decision.

XAF 1.5 to 3 million, deducted from P0 if signed within 60 days.

“Data & AI for executives” training

Two to five days, on your data and your decisions, for an executive committee.

XAF 3.5 to 8 million per session

Standard commercial terms

  • Payment: 30% on signature, 40% at the interim milestone, 30% on acceptance. Never the full amount at the end.
  • Quotation: valid 60 days; beyond that, reissued with updated pricing.
  • Price revision: indexed on imported components (hardware, licences, cloud); fixed in CFA francs for labour.
  • Intellectual property: the platform, semantics and delivered agents become yours on final acceptance. Our method and templates remain ours.
  • Confidentiality: a non-disclosure agreement is systematic before any access to data schemas.

Explicit exclusions

They prevent most disputes:

  • full ERP re-implementation;
  • bulk cleansing of historical data;
  • hardware purchase before the benchmark;
  • proprietary connectors not identified during scoping;
  • multi-site high availability where not required;
  • agents outside the pilot scope.

Two licence options

Sovereign

On-premise or hybrid, sized open models, no usage cost: predictable three-year total cost of ownership.

Managed sovereign

Hosted in our regional private cloud on subscription: smoothed cash flow, suited to organisations without a server room.

We do not discount — we reduce scope

It is more honest: remove a deliverable, an area, an agent, and the price follows. The diagnostic itself is never given away: it is what filters and funds the pre-sales effort.
